Energy and Economic Analysis of Power Generation Using Residual Pressure of a Circulating Cooling Water System

With rising energy prices and the intensification of environmental problems, researchers have paid increasing attention to recovery residual pressure industrial circulating cooling water system (CCWS) in hydraulic turbines. Taking existing CCWS as research object, this study analyzes feasibility transformation power generation using from perspectives economy. The flow analysis reveals that optimization should be carried out first obtain minimum total consumption pump turbine. Then, combined with advantages traditional regulation strategy supply network, a synchronous pipeline station is proposed. On basis station, proposes method for comprehensive CCWS’s pressure. Finally, taking an example, simulation comparison experiments four transformations are designed. not only prove application value proposed research, but also conclusion mentioned above correct.
